In my household, we use a Rotisserie. Best infomercial item ever bought, unlike many faulty items. Since then, we stopped doing it the “traditional” way by using a oven. IMO, it’s better… the finish of the food is remains juicy and flavorful, and it’s awesome to see it rotate!

All you have to do is just: “SET IT AND FORGET IT!!”
